What do I do if I want to return my item?

Please send us an email customer.services@travelluggagecabinbags.com, or visit our contact us page to let us know you’re thinking of returning your item. We will then issue you the information to complete your return.

If you have simply changed your mind then please arrange recorded delivery to the following address:

Returns will be at the customers own cost. For products with a manufacturing fault, we will arrange pick up for you.

How long have I got to return an item?

You can change your mind up to 60 days after purchasing from us, as long as the item is an unused state in orginal packaging.
