Travel Luggage & Cabin Bags offers free standard delivery on all orders to Mainland UK.

Standard Delivery Transit Time

We aim to have your item delivered within 3-4 working days from your order being placed. We even deliver on Saturdays. We use Hermes to deliver our standard service parcels. They can delivery between 8am and 8pm Monday to Saturday.

Express Delivery Option

You can select the Express delivery option at checkout and we will put the order on a next day service for you via Hermes or DPD. If you order before 10am for Hermes, or 1pm for DPD on a working day (mon-fri) then we will get the parcel out on the same day for delivery the following working day, or nominated weekend day, if applicable. We offer various express options including before 10.30am and 12pm on a working day or Saturday, and before 12pm and standard Sunday delivery. Shipping is charged per item.

 

Please note: that we cannot delivery to the Scottish Highlands, Channel Islands or Northern Ireland on the next day service, We will refund any postage paid for this service in these areas.

Cut-Off Times?

We aim to dispatch all orders placed before 1pm Monday-Friday on the same day where possible, although this may not be possible during peak times. Orders placed after 1pm will be dispatched the following working day (mon-fri). Orders placed on weekends will be dispatched on the following working day. Hermes next day orders should be placed before 10.30am for guaranteed next day delivery

Please Note

Please note that a signature will be required to acknowledge delivery. The signature of the person accepting the delivery at the address will be proof that you or the person, to whom the order is addressed, has received the delivery. It is the customers responsibility to have someone home to sign for their item

If you are not available to accept delivery, the courier will leave a calling card to advise that delivery has been attempted (please follow instructions on this card). Please note that the courier may leave your parcel with a neighbour – you will be advised of this on the calling card. After three failed delivery attempts the item will be returned to us and we’ll get in touch to discuss the next steps.

Occasionally, things can go wrong and delivery periods may be extended for reasons beyond our control and we apologise if your parcel hasn’t arrived as expected. In the event of extreme weather conditions for example, we will update this page with the latest updates.

How long have I got to return an item?

You can change your mind up to 60 days after purchasing from us. For change-of-mind returns, items must be returned unused, in their original packaging.

Collection Services

We also offer a collection service from our distribution warehouse in Barking, Essex. If you’d like to pick up your item from us then please place your order and give us notice via email that you wish to collect your item. We require 2 hours notice for a pickup, and can only be made between 10am-4pm Monday to Friday (excluding Bank Holidays).

Please bring a copy of your invoice with you as well as a form of ID.

What do I do if I want to return my item?

If you have simply changed your mind then please send us an email via the contact us page on our website and we’ll give you our returns address for you to organise the return delivery. We recommend using a tracked delivery service, and My Hermes will be your best value means of doing so.

Please note that returns postage will be at the customers own cost. In the event of a product with a manufacturing fault, we will arrange pick up for you.
