PLEASE READ – Order Cut-Off Times

Hermes Next Day Orders – The cut-off time for orders placed using the Hermes Next Day delivery service is 10:00am, Mon-Thurs (excluding Bank Holidays) in order to guarantee same-day dispatch and delivery the following working day (subject to cleared payment). Hermes Next Day orders placed after 10am, Mon-Thurs will be dispatched the following working day. Orders placed before 10am on Fridays will be dispatched the same day, however we cannot guarantee it will be delivered on Saturday. The only guarenteed Saturday delivery services we offer are our ‘DPD Saturday’ services. Please see below. We are NOT open at weekends. Hermes Next Day orders placed after the 10am cut-off point on Friday and all Hermes Next Day orders placed over the weekend will be dispatched on the next working day (normally Monday, excluding bank holidays) to arrive Tuesday.

DPD Next Day Orders – The cut-off time for orders placed using the DPD Next Day delivery service is 1:00pm, Mon-Thurs (excluding Bank Holidays) in order to guarantee same-day dispatch and delivery the following working day (subject to cleared payment). DPD Next Day orders placed after 1pm, Mon-Thurs will be dispatched the following working day. Orders placed before 1pm on Fridays will be dispatched the same day, however we cannot guarantee it will be delivered on Saturday. The only guarenteed Saturday and Sunday delivery services we offer are our ‘DPD Saturday’ and ‘DPD Sunday’ services (see below). We are NOT open at weekends. DPD Saturday and Sunday Services – The cut-off time for orders placed using the DPD Saturday and Sunday delivery services is 1:00pm, Mon-Fri (excluding Bank Holidays) in order to guarantee delivery on a Saturday or Sunday (subject to cleared payment). We are NOT open at weekends. DPD Saturday and Sunday orders placed after 1pm on Fridays and over the weekend will be dispatched the following working day on a Next Day delivery service. Please do not place orders for weekend delivery services after 1pm on Fridays or over the weekend, as items will not be delivered until the following Tuesday.

Standard Delivery Transit Time

We aim to deliver orders placed with standard delivery within 3-5 working days from the placement of your order. We use Hermes to deliver our standard service parcels. Please see delivery section below for delivery times.

Express Delivery

Please see our cut-off time information at the top of this page before selecting express delivery options.

If you need your item quicker, we also offer a wide variety of express delivery services using either Hermes or DPD. These options include standard next-day delivery, pre-10:30am next-day delivery, pre-12pm next-day delivery, as well as weekend delivery services.

What’s The Difference Between Hermes Next Day and DPD Next Day?

DPD orders come with the added bonus of email and SMS delivery slot notifications (please note we require a mobile number and email address for these services) – as well as the option to change your delivery slot and leave specific delivery instructions.

Please note: We cannot deliver to the Scottish Highlands, Channel Islands or Northern Ireland on any next day service. We will refund any postage paid for this service in these areas.

Signatures

Please note that a signature will be required to acknowledge delivery. The signature of the person accepting the delivery at the address will be proof that you or the person, to whom the order is addressed, has received the delivery. It is the customers responsibility to have someone home to sign for their item

If you are not available to accept delivery, the courier will leave a calling card to advise that delivery has been attempted (please follow instructions on this card). Please note that the courier may leave your parcel with a neighbour – you will be advised of this on the calling card. After three failed delivery attempts the item will be returned to us and we’ll get in touch to discuss the next steps.

Occasionally, things can go wrong and delivery periods may be extended for reasons beyond our control and we apologise if your parcel hasn’t arrived as expected. In the event of extreme weather conditions for example, we will update this page with the latest updates.

Can I collect my order?

We also offer a collection service from our distribution warehouse in Barking, Essex (so long as we have your item in stock in our Barking warehouse). If you’d like to pick up your item from us, then please place your order and give us notice via email or over the phone that you wish to collect your item. We require 2 hours notice for a pickup, and collections can only be made between 10am-4pm Monday to Friday (excluding Bank Holidays).

Please bring a copy of your invoice with you as well as a form of ID.

How long have I got to return an item?

You can change your mind up to 60 days after purchasing from us. For change-of-mind returns, items must be returned unused, in their original packaging. Please phone or email us before returning your item to receive a returns reference number. Unfortunately we do not offer free returns. Please see below.

What do I do if I want to return my item?

If you have simply changed your mind, then please send us an email via the contact us page on our website and we’ll give you our returns address for you to organise the return delivery. We recommend using a tracked delivery service. We recommend using Parcel2Go to provide the best value quote for return postage.

Unfortunately we do not offer free returns for change-of-mind. In the rare event your item is not as expected, please contact us, and the Customer Services team will arrange a solution with you.
